JM Manufacturing

A few years after JM Vending Services ventured into a canteen operator environment, it was realised that the two complement each other. This led to the birth of JM Operations’ sister company. In 2015, JM Manufacturing was launched. JM Manufacturing initially started off as JM Catering, providing professional catering services for schools, colleges, language schools and factory canteens, while setting and continuously improving market standards. Later, the company grew to include Pizza Petrus and most recently Papajoe’s.

Pizza Petrus manufactures and distributes frozen food products all over the Maltese Islands. Initially the brand launched to market with its signature cheesy crust pizza and classic crust pizza range but has since grown to include a variety of pies and most recently, a microwaveable mini pizza range. Petrus products have been very successful locally garnering praise for their authentic taste and use of genuine ingredients.

In April 2021, the company launched Papajoe’s, a food take away and delivery service. Papajoe’s menu boasts a unique selection of bites, ribs, homemade burgers, pizza and more. The newly established food joint is committed to creating great quality food prepared using only the best products on the market and elevating them through creative ingredient combinations by our talented Chefs.
